Your AON3D printer, run by your AI.

Ask ChatGPT, Claude, Codex, Cursor, Gemini, Grok or any MCP agent for a part. Kiln designs it, checks it will print, and runs it on your AON-M2+ over your own network.

What your agent can do with your AON3D

  • The AON-M2+, over your network

It runs Klipper, and Kiln connects through Moonraker to send jobs and follow them as they run.

  • The Hylo, for design and slicing

Kiln designs, checks and slices for the Hylo. You start the print from the machine, because its firmware has no open control interface.

  • Tuned for each machine

Both machines below have a print profile tuned for them, so your agent never starts from generic settings.

Kiln knows each machine’s real limits, material by material. Ask your agent before you buy a spool.

Each one has its own page.

Setting it up

Kiln runs on a computer on the same network as your AON-M2+. For the Hylo, it prepares the job and you send it through the controller you already use.

Running these machines in production? Kiln Enterprise is built for that.

Free and Pro run one printer at a time; you can own several and switch between them. To run several at once, see Kiln for print farms.

Questions

Can Kiln start prints on the Hylo?

No. The Hylo’s firmware has no open control interface, so Kiln prepares the job and you start it from the machine.

Will it print without asking me?

No. Kiln shows you the model, then waits for your yes before every print. You can say yes for the next two hours or the rest of the day so it stops asking for a while, and you can turn on auto-print yourself. Auto-print is off unless you turn it on.

Which AI apps does it work with?

ChatGPT, Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Gemini, Grok, or any app that speaks MCP. On chatgpt.com, claude.ai, gemini.google.com and grok.com, the Kiln connector designs, checks and prices parts; to run your own printer, install Kiln on the computer next to it.
