Your Prusa printer, run by your AI.

Ask ChatGPT, Claude, Codex, Cursor, Gemini, Grok or any MCP agent for a part. Kiln designs it, checks it will print, and runs it on your Prusa.

Two people ask their agents for a coaster. Kiln runs the prints on a Bambu Lab A1 Mini and a Prusa Mini.

What your agent can do with your Prusa

  • Prusa Link, already on the printer

The MK4 and XL connect through Prusa Link, which is built in. Kiln uses the password from the printer’s screen.

  • Older machines too

The MK3S and Mini work through OctoPrint or a USB cable from a computer nearby.

  • Tuned for your exact model

Every model below has a print profile tuned for it, so your agent never starts from generic settings.

Kiln knows each machine’s real limits, material by material. Ask your agent before you buy a spool.

Find your Prusa

Each one has its own page.

Don’t see yours? Most Klipper and OctoPrint machines work too. See every supported printer.

Setting it up

Kiln runs on a computer on the same network as your printer. For Prusa Link, the password is under Settings > Network > PrusaLink on the printer’s screen.

Free and Pro run one printer at a time; you can own several and switch between them. To run several at once, see Kiln for print farms.

Questions

Does Kiln use Prusa Connect?

No. Kiln talks to Prusa Link on your own network.

Will it print without asking me?

No. Kiln shows you the model, then waits for your yes before every print. You can say yes for the next two hours or the rest of the day so it stops asking for a while, and you can turn on auto-print yourself. Auto-print is off unless you turn it on.

Which AI apps does it work with?

ChatGPT, Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Gemini, Grok, or any app that speaks MCP. On chatgpt.com, claude.ai, gemini.google.com and grok.com, the Kiln connector designs, checks and prices parts; to run your own printer, install Kiln on the computer next to it.
